Thursday Thoughts...Satisfaction

I was so happy to have just been voted "Best of Houzz 2013" for Customer Satisfaction (Thanks, Houzz!).  It was for Carol Beck Interiors, not for 6 Wilson, but I do try to achieve customer satisfaction with every 6 Wilson transaction.  So it got me thinking about satisfaction, for Thursday Thoughts...
